Food, microwave, & dishwasher safe

To get the most out of your mug, opt for washing by hand in warm water with a mild soap. Even though this mug is dishwasher safe, repeated exposure to the high temperature and abrasive cleaners of the dishwasher can lead your mug to losing its vibrant color/ cracking over time.

Shipping + Handling

SHIPPING: I exclusively ship mugs via UPS as they have a proven track record of delivering fragile items safely.

HANDLING: Every mug/tea pot is diligently wrapped in a combination of multiple layers of material to ensure its safe arrival at your doorstep. I fill each mug/tea pot with either paper or bubble wrap. I also secure extra protection between more fragile bits such as the handle.

Then, I wrap each mug/tea pot with a minimum of two layers of paper, followed by an additional layer of rigid paper, akin to cardboard.

Once snugly wrapped, your mug/tea pot is put inside a box filled with extra padding to ensure its safe journey from my space to yours.

If, for some wild reason, your mug arrives broken, please reach out to me to discuss a replacement and/or refund of the cost of your mug minus its original shipping.

Special Notes

This mug set is pre-loved, which means it may have light signs of use and any issues have been noted in the description above. Thank you for putting a sustainable foot forward and choosing a unique mug for your collection!

  • Shipping

    All physical goods are shipped based on the method you select at checkout. I try to ship an item no later than 2 days after purchase unless the item is a PRE-ORDER.   • Returns

    If you have ordered a digital download, I am unable to offer you a refund. If you have ordered a physical item and that item has arrived to you damaged or has been lost in the mail, then I am able to refund you for the cost of your order.
