How do I know which size will fit me best?
I list the entire size chart on the back of each pattern. If you are between sizes, you can check out the finished garment measurements, also found on the back of each pattern, with exception to my first pattern the Stella! If you need metric measurements, those are located inside the pattern instruction booklet, but I will be adding a chart to the site soon!
The item I want says it’s Out of Stock. When will it become available again?
Generally once a pattern is out of stock, I will restock it within a few days! If you are looking at specific supplies, feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add the item to your wish-list and I will contact you if and when those supplies you want become available again.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Oh no! That's not what I like to hear! Contact me right away at email@example.com. I will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
How do I return something from my order?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be sure to repair, replace, or refund you for your order.
How long does it take to process a return?
If a return is made, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. I will notify you via email when your return package is received and your refund or web credit has been processed.
How can I do an exchange?
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) and I will send along a special code for you to use that discounts any product the total amount you have spent on your original order.
How much does shipping cost?
So… I'm not fans of flat rate shipping charges. I believe it is unfair to ask every customer to pay the same price in shipping for a variety of products. So, I have decided to offer Free, Standard shipping on all US Based Orders. I want you to be able to love your new pattern, not fret over how much it'll cost to get to your doorstep!*
If you need your item(s) sooner, please selected the expedited shipping option (for U.S. customers only).
*All international orders receive a discounted flat rate.
Do you have alternative shipping methods to standard, priority, & NDA?
I currently only offer three shipping methods through USPS (standard, priority, and next-day). If none of these methods work for you, please contact email@example.com to discuss alternatives.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted for an alternative address.
Do you accept orders from international customers?
Of course! I can accept credit cards from around the world and offer reduced rate shipping on all international orders!
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
US Customs laws prevent me from providing shipping labels for overseas returns. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org so that I can help get your return processed.
Does shipping include customs, duties, and/or taxes required by my country?
I provide a reduced shipping rate for your order; Unfortunately, I do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes. These fees are out of my control and vary by country. They are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package.
